Heroes and Rowing

Another late one caused by watching Heroes, proper quality TV, I'm not really a sci fi person but I got really in to the first series and am really enjoying this one. My wife was brave enough to watch this episode after chickening out on the last two. Silar the main baddy is back and once more back in the garage every bump and noise outside made me wonder if he was here!

The rowing went ok. I averaged 1.58,1 through 5 1500m intervals. It's a start and gives me something to beat next time. I have to expect that as I've not rowed for so long. Steady improvement is my target I'm not going to suddenly get all back.

No rowing today as I'm playing for the work five-a-side team. We're playing one of the best teams in the league and so hopes aren't high. I shall be occupying my usual defensive role. It kills my legs and tomorrow will be a steady row to recover. Hopefully in the back garden but I'm not sure the weather will be up to it.

I love heroes too, but it annoys me how Silar appears magically on the road in front of the car containing the couple on the run. Of all the roads in all the countries in the whole of South America and he falls on to that one at that exact time!

I reckon that the hoody on the roof was that ancient japanese English guy, who is the matermind behind eveything?

And if Silar is in your garage, what superpowers do you have Sam?
